UNDERGROUND PIPING TIME SAVER PIPE Time saver pipe is an economical and easy to handle solution for your underground lines. It was designed specifically for use with outdoor furnaces, and consists of: two 1" PEX lines, wrapped in micro foil, contained in a 4" corrugated poly-ethylene pipe. It has a R-14 insulating value. Time saver is available in lengths up to 500’, so there is no need for joints underground. Not UPS shippable.

Warm your rooms by circulating heated water (usually at a very economical 110
degrees Fahrenheit) through tough, flexible PEX tubing that's held in
place just beneath the surfaces of your floors, walls and ceilings. The warmth
from the water quickly spreads out from the tubing, raising the temperature of
the surfaces it touches. It's a warmth and comfort level that's as natural as
sunshine.
In
Europe, where radiant heating became popular during the energy crisis of the
1970's because of the economy it offers, heating professionals immediately
embraced PEX (PEX is an acronym for cross-linked polyethylene tubing) as the
perfect material to be put under a floor or behind a wall or ceiling. Because of
its flexibility, you can run long lengths of PEX without needing joints under
the floor or behind the walls or ceiling. PEX is truly a material you install
and forget.
